The Communications Coordinator will provide general marketing support with a strong focus on administrative operations, project management, content coordination, and internal communications. Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications Support

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Support content creation, copywriting, and content management
  • Coordinate internal and external communications
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis
  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and coordination
  • Frequent Competitor Analysis to stay relevant in the market

Website & Digital Management

  • Maintain and update company websites through WordPress
  • Manage website content, blogs, and landing page updates
  • Support digital asset organization and content publishing
  • Main Support for Digital platform

Administrative & Project Management

  • Manage and organize knowledge libraries, marketing resources, contracts, and deliverables
  • Coordinate projects across team members and vendors
