What started with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and innovative engineering has grown into a recognized leader known for reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a Controller to play a key role in guiding the company’s financial strategy and supporting operational success. This position goes beyond traditional accounting oversight — serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership while helping drive financial visibility, process improvement, and sustainable growth across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a manufacturing environment, enjoys collaborating cross-functionally, and wants to make a visible impact within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 5 employees across all accounting operations
  • Oversee the monthly close process and financial consolidation for multiple locations while providing technical accounting guidance to staff
  • Prepare, analyze, and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop, administer, and monitor financial plans and budgets, keeping leadership informed of organizational financial performance
  • Direct all accounting functions, including policy development, financial systems improvements, and operational management
  • Establish and maintain strong internal financial and operational controls, ensuring timely reporting to executive leadership
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate accounting policies; monitor regulatory changes and manage organizational impact
  • Develop and implement structured reporting cadence and performance metrics to proactively assess business performance
  • Manage fixed asset accounting, including inventory control and depreciation schedules

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
  • Minimum of 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, currently holding a Controller title or similar, with demonstrated management experience.
  • Manufacturing industry experience required
  • Experience supervising core accounting functions including: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Invoicing, Inventory Accounting and Payroll
  • Strong business and financial acumen with sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Engaging, collaborative management style
