We are looking for a Billing and Coding Operations Manager to join our team! The Billing and Coding Operations Manager leads billing and coding operations to ensure accurate claims processing, regulatory compliance, timely reimbursement, and strong revenue cycle performance. This role oversees billing and coding staff, monitors key financial and operational metrics, drives process improvements, conducts coding compliance initiatives, and partners with providers and leadership to optimize reimbursement outcomes and operational efficiency. The position requires expertise in healthcare billing, coding regulations, revenue cycle management, and team leadership to support organizational goals and financial success.

Education:

Graduation from an accredited, state approved Medical/Dental Billing program plus an accredited coder certification.

Experience:

  1. Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in medical and/or dental billing and coding.
  2. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare revenue cycle environment.
  3. Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and managed care reimbursement.
  4. Experience using electronic health records (EHR) and billing practice management systems.
