Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA

Jacksonville, NC | Clinic Base

Full-Time or Part-Time | $95k-$107K | $5K sign-on bonus

HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Jacksonville, NC!  We offer on-site CPR training as well as Safety-Care training for our BCBAs.

Our clinic embraces a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA. We believe meaningful progress happens through trusting relationships, motivation, and individualized treatment-not one-size-fits-all programming. Our clinicians utilize Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies based on clinical judgment and what best meets each child's unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
  • Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
  • Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA in Jacksonville, NC
Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure (or eligibility)-Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA in Jacksonville, NC
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
