Who We're Looking For:
We are searching for caring and positive individuals or couples who are passionate about helping children and youth. Ideal candidates may include, but are not limited to:
- Seasoned mental health workers
- Childcare specialists
- Healthcare workers
- Residential counselors
- Teachers and coaches
- Experienced parents and foster parents
Key Qualities:
- Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment
- Outgoing and personable to build positive relationships with youth
- Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the children
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable vehicle and relevant auto insurance
- Extra room in the home for a child to reside
- Ability to transport children to appointments and family visits
- Computer literacy for documentation
- Clearances including fingerprinting, background checks, and TB testing
- Good health and readiness to care for a child/youth
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
- $500 sign-on bonus after 60 days of providing care OR up to $1000 reimbursement for relocation or compliance improvements after 90 days

What You Will Do:
- Provide essential daily care and support for the child/youth
- Support educational needs and transport to/from school
- Provide transportation to court, medical, and mental health appointments
- Ensure a safe and secure living environment
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback
Schedule:
- Day shift, Night shift, On-call, Weekends as needed
- Ability to commute/relocate to Sacramento, CA 95841
