Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Trade school or college degree (bachelor or associates) preferred
Basic Diesel engine repair
Extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of rental construction equipment
Ability to use mechanic's tools and equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment problems
Able to communicate equipment status to customers onsite and determine whether equipment needs to be replaced
Maintain all CMV requirements of position
Must maintain brand commitments of equipment
Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements
Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor
May require up to 100% travel
Available for on-call services as scheduled
