Plumbing Dispatcher

John the Plumber Inc. is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Dispatcher to join our growing team!

We are a family-owned plumbing company that has proudly served Broward and Palm Beach Counties since 1979. Our dispatchers play an important role in keeping the day running smoothly by helping customers, supporting our plumbers, and making sure every call is handled with care.

This is a full-time, weekday position, and previous dispatching or plumbing experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn.

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule and dispatch plumbing service calls
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointments and arrival times
  • Coordinate daily schedules with plumbers and management
  • Monitor technicians throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed
  • Enter accurate customer and job information into our system
  • Follow up on open calls, estimates, collections and scheduling needs
  • Help ensure customers receive prompt, professional service
  • Work closely with our customer service and management teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to remain calm and think clearly in a busy environment
