Speech-Language Pathologist (CF or CCC-SLP) | Up to $90K + Sign-On Bonus + Flexible Schedule

Location: Cypress, TX

Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling Available

Compensation: $65,000–$90,000 annually or $50–$76/hour PPV + Sign-On Bonus and/or Student Loan Assistance

Role Overview

Join an established pediatric therapy team serving children and families in the Cypress area. This clinic-based opportunity offers flexibility, mentorship, and the ability to create a schedule that fits personal and professional goals.

Role Overview:

  • Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Build meaningful relationships with children and families
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services
  • Participate in a supportive, team-oriented clinical environment

Flexible scheduling options available, including:

  • Traditional 5-day workweek

W-2 Guaranteed Hourly Options
