Retirement Specialist / Customer Service / Administrative

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85016 ( Onsite )

6 Months Contract

Rate: $19.5/Hour on W2 (Without Benefits)

 
Job Description:
Responsible for performing support work as it related to the member services retired department.
Duties include processing daily mailings to membership and managing related paperwork, data entry in the pension administration system, quality control of scanned documents, follow-up with members to provide requested information, and providing administrative support to the department.
 
Experience working across different computer systems and working independently
Administrative or customer service experience
 
Selected candidates will be run through internal background check which includes a credit check.
