Job description

Our company is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience to join a regional fleet based in Des Moines, IA. With consistent freight and mileage, these routes offer regular weekly home time, competitive weekly pay, and a full benefits package from day one. This opportunity is intended for recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and full operational support as they begin their trucking careers.

  • Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday). Safety and performance bonus opportunities.
  • Benefits: Day‑one medical, dental, and vision; 401(k) with company match after eligibility; paid time off and holidays; company‑paid life and AD pet and rider policies; paid orientation.
