We are currently seeking 7D Drivers in the Webster, MA area. This individual will transport children ages infant to 12 years. Monday through Friday split shift, routes range in length of time. Must be available between 6:30 - 10:30 am and again 1:30 - 5:30 pm.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintain a safe driving record in compliance with Massachusetts state law.
  • Ability to pass the BRC, including CORI, DCF, and Fingerprint tests.
  • Drive one or more passenger buses
  • Maintain effective and positive communication with families, staff, and peers.
  • Effectively supervise children by sight and sounds.
  • The ability to lift children to 40 pounds.
  • Maintain a clean drug and alcohol screening.
  • Possess knowledge of and apply the regulations of car seats and seatbelts for children of various ages.

Candidates will be required to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background check
