Position Overview
We are seeking an HR Representative to partner closely with leaders and employees to deliver effective people solutions aligned with business objectives. This role balances hands-on execution with consultative support, serving as a trusted advisor to all levels of the organizationโincluding upper management. The ideal candidate will provide guidance on employee relations, ensure compliance, and drive employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations: Lead and support employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, creating documentation, and driving resolutions aligned with employment laws.
Management Advisory: Provide strategic and tactical HR guidance to leaders on performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Policy & Compliance: Translate HR policies into practical guidance for employees; ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Talent Support: Support core talent processes including onboarding, annual performance cycles, development planning, and engagement initiatives.
Data & Analytics: Analyze HR data and workforce trends to inform decision-making and proactively address talent needs.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Core HR Acumen: Strong working knowledge of foundational HR principles, employment laws, and industry best practices.
Communication & Influence: Proven ability to communicate effectively, influence, and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
Soft Skills: High level of professionalism, sharp problem-solving abilities, and strict discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
Active HR professional certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
Experience supporting operational, field-based, or technical/engineering employee populations.
Prior experience working within a multi-site or matrixed corporate organization.
