Job description

Looking for meaningful weekend hours that allow you to earn extra income while making a true impact? At Cole Pediatric Therapy, you’ll design a schedule that works for you while serving children in an environment built on encouragement, compassion, and empowerment. Every session is an opportunity to help a child find their voice—and to feel fulfilled doing work that matters.

Location:  19411 McKay, Suite #300 Humble, TX 77338

Compensation & Scheduling

$30/30 minute session ($60/hour) for therapy & $80/Evaluations

Shift Differential:
– Saturday 3pm or later
– All day Sunday
→ Increased rate of $40 per 30-minute session ($80/hour)

Hours & Availability:
• Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience required
• Greatest need: Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Opportunity to grow into full-time availability
