Tropical Smoothie Cafe: Crew Member Daytime

Are you looking for a lively and fun environment to work in? Do you enjoy delivering amazing customer service? If so, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is the place for you! Join our team as a Crew Member and be a part of something great. As a highly skilled and motivated individual, you will have the opportunity to welcome new and existing customers to our brand and create delicious and refreshing smoothies. With over 1500 franchise locations nationwide, we are still growing and looking for talented individuals to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 20-30 hours per week
  • Morning/Daytime weekday availability
  • Valid ID
  • Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver unparalleled hospitality to each customer.
  • Prepare and assemble food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.
  • Use sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
  • Set up and monitor food and smoothie workstations.
  • Clean and organize kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas in the café.
  • Follow the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, and being responsible for the drawer.
  • Follow all safety and security policies set by the brand.
