Job description

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Houston, TX 77054
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Rate: $25.00–$30.00/hr (W-2)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Interview: One round, in-person

Role Summary
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on NC and manual machining equipment. Performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems on NC/manual machines
  • Perform preventive maintenance using checklists and written procedures
  • Troubleshoot and repair multi-axis lathes and mills
  • Support installation of new mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and reports
  • Train operators and assist team members as needed
  • Follow all safety, PPE, and environmental policies
Equipment Experience (Highly Preferred)
  • Mazak (critical), Mazatrol
  • Mitsubishi, Siemens controls
  • Mori Seiki, QEM, Nagel TBT
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5–10 years of maintenance technician experience
  • Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Teams
