Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Nectar

Compensation: Base + Commission (OTE: $70K with performance-based tiers)

What You’ll Do

  • Create new sales opportunities by identifying and connecting with HR decision-makers
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Book high-quality meetings that meet our qualification criteria
  • Work closely with Account Executives to convert pipeline into revenue
  • Learn and refine your messaging through regular coaching, call reviews, and team collaboration

*This role requires intentional, consistent effort. Every conversation you spark becomes momentum for the entire sales team.


Starting Compensation & Perks

  • SDR 1 OTE: $70,000 ($50K base + $20K variable)
