Job description

We are looking for an experienced Residential Plumber with 1+ years in the trade to help run high-end custom home builds and production housing projects across the region.

If you have the skills to handle complex rough-ins, finish trim, and blueprint reading independently, this role offers steady work on quality projects without the burn-out of late-night emergency calls. 99% of our work is new residential construction—very little to no service work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead residential rough-ins, top-outs, and finish plumbing on custom homes and production housing.
  • Read blueprints, lay out supply/drainage systems, and ensure full compliance with local codes.
  • Troubleshoot complex layout challenges on site and coordinate directly with job superintendents and other trades.
  • Help direct and mentor apprentices on job sites to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Ensure clean, safe, and high-quality installations that pass inspection the first time.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience required (custom layout experience strongly preferred).
  • Skills: Knowledge of residential code, isometric drawings, and residential piping systems.
  • Reliability: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to job sites across our coverage area.
  • Leadership: Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working without micro-management.
