Key Responsibilities:ย 

  • Serve as a liaison between the company and customers by responding to inquiries, managing orders, and resolving complaints.ย 
  • Review and release new contracts and modifications.ย 
  • Monitor test and delivery schedules to ensure contract compliance.ย 
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, production, purchasing, and shipping teams to ensure contract requirements and delivery timelines are met.ย 
  • Maintain accurate contract records throughout the contract lifecycle.ย
