Job description

Position: Behavior Technician

Location: 2400 N. Sheffield Ave, Chicago, IL 60614

Schedule: Monday - Friday (3 evenings 3pm-6:30pm)

Compensation: $20.00-$22.00/hour (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.

  • Detail-Oriented: Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress

  • Specialized Programs: Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Registered Behavior Technician
