OB Tech - CNA & Surgical Tech certs required Start Date: 7/28, 8/11 *Locals within 60 miles accepted at a lower rate - Reach out to AM for local rates* 3x12 day/night rotating 0650-1920 & 1850-0720 MD CNA License required ***Pending MD CNA license Accepted, provide proof of Application upon submittal*** Completion of an accredited Surgical Tech training program required BLS required Clinic experience required 2 years of experience required Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment Must have L&D & scrub experience Call required - 3 shifts per 6 week period Every 3rd weekend required Float to cover L&D and Women's Health Performs a variety of technical duties to assist with obstetric surgery and patient care in the Labor & Delivery areas. Functions as a member of the patient-centered care team to provide direct patient care activities in the obstetrical services/maternal and newborn areas under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or a medical provider. Assists nursing and medical staff with performance of procedures and tests. Assists patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and performs care activities such as specimen collection, phlebotomy, intravenous (IV) insertion, Foley Catheter care and documentation of observations in the health record.
