We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Team. This role is focused on coordination, administration, and ensuring a smooth hiring process across multiple functions.
Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including complex, multi-stage processes across different time zones
  • Arrange candidate travel, including flights, accommodation, and logistics
  • Support the setup and management of service agreements, purchase orders and expense claims
  • Lead data hygiene audits in the applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support preparation and logistics for job fairs and recruiting events
  • Create simple one-pagers and supporting materials for recruitment activities
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
What we're looking for
  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, HR operations, or administrative roles in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with systems and ensuring data accuracy
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Willingness to work 4 days per week from the office (Phoenix)
