Shift Details

6pm-6am
4x4 schedule

Hourly rate: $24/hr-$30/hr

$3,000 Sign-on bonus
+$1/hour for night shift differential
Eligible for monthly profit sharing. (With profit sharing, earnings can increase by ~$1.50-$3.00/hour.)

What you will be doing
  • Perform preventive maintenance on press lines, casting equipment, packing systems, and paint systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
  • Replace defective parts and conduct necessary repairs.
  • Maintain building, grounds, and utility systems.
  • Assist with equipment upgrades, replacements, and enhancements.
  • Obtain and maintain a Mobile Equipment license (e.g., Forklift, Scissor Lift).
  • Enter and manage work orders for identified issues or deficiencies.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
  • Ensure the maintenance shop is clean and well-organized.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to continuous improvement and stay informed on advancements in relevant systems and technologies.
What will make you successful?
  • At least 3 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience. (required)
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure that shows measurements in feet and inches. (required)
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. (preferred)
