Job Summary:
Intellyk Inc. is a company in the telecommunications and tech sector, seeking a 4G/5G Services Tester. The primary responsibilities include executing manual and automated test cases, coordinating with network function owners, and developing automation solutions to enhance lab stability.
Responsibilities:
• Execute manual and automated test cases; troubleshoot issues using logs and traces.
• Coordinate with Network Function owners and Lab Support teams (onshore/offshore) to resolve issues.
• Perform regression and new service testing in lab and production environments.
• Validate new services or regressed releases and document the validation process.
• Modify and create new test cases using automation infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Automation team to improve reliability and issue identification.
• Develop automation solutions to enhance lab stability.
• Write detailed requirements for new test case automation, including steps and validation criteria.
• Procure necessary devices/builds for service testing.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Expertise in 5G SA/NSA and LTE call flows (E2E: Device – RAN – Core Network)
• In-depth knowledge of service call flows: Voice, Messaging, UCE, UT, USSI, HTTP, VoLTE, VoWiFi, IR92, IR94, AS262 HO, WPS, RTT, N11, International Wi-Fi, S8HR
• Strong understanding of VOIP protocols: SIP, Megaco/H.248, MGCP, DNS, LNP, TCAP, SDP, RTP, DIAMETER; IMS (Audio/Video signaling, IM, RCS, Presence, Subscription), VoNR, VoLTE/LTE EPC
• Proficiency in 5G and LTE EPC core protocols: GTPV2C, GTPV1C, GTPV1U, S1AP
• Experience with NATing and Proxy functions in packet core environments, including routing/firewall implications
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to clearly articulate complex issues and solutions
• Experience with automated testing using simulation and real UE automation
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality projects on time
