Job description

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant. This role will oversee key accounting functions, support financial reporting and month-end close, and ensure the accuracy of financial records. The anticipated pay range for this role is between $45-$48 an hour.
Responsibilities:
· Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
· Support month-end and year-end close processes
· Analyze account balances and investigate discrepancies
· Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
· Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation
· Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
· Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls
· Support other accounting projects as needed
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
· 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
· Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
· CPA or CPA eligibility preferred
