Position Summary:

  • Receives, prepares, packages, serves and cleans up following grab-and-go or congregate meal programs.
  • Work hours: 7:00a to 1:30, Monday through Friday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives, counts and signs off on caterer's invoice.
  • Cleans and maintains kitchen and equipment to meet food safety standards.
  • Completes daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required.
  • Prepares and serves refreshments for participants as needed.
  • Cleans and maintains participant dining room.
  • Stores, heats and serves meals according to caterer's specification.
  • Packages home delivered meals according to caterer's specification.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Specific knowledge, training or skills required to perform the duties of this position including specific courses, training programs or required certifications. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required for the position.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service.
  • ServSafe certified (preferred).
