Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Blue Pearl, you will hold a varied caseload and engage in meaningful relationships with clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular appointments with clients to review their progress and stability, setting goals and discussing discharge plans as appropriate.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans that are centered around the client’s needs and goals.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with organizational and ethical standards.
  • Performing comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment strategies.
  • Facilitating individual therapy sessions consistently, in alignment with best practices and established treatment methodologies.
  • Participating in individual supervision to continue professional development and ensure high-quality client care.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive treatment for clients.

Qualifications
