Are you the next rock star leader we're looking for? CHC Unified, one of the largest and fastest-growing Jimmy John's franchisees, owns and operates 25+ locations across 5 states-and we're growing! We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager to lead our team! In this role, you'll work closely with Assistant Managers and PICs (Persons in Charge) to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll set the tone for the store, making sure every sandwich is made with care, every guest leaves happy, and the team stays motivated and on track.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including food prep, guest service, and cleanliness
  • Lead and support team members with a positive, hands-on approach
  • Keep the shop running efficiently by following systems and procedures with 100% integrity
  • Coach and motivate your crew to deliver excellent service and top-notch sandwiches
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff
