Restaurant Manager – Jacksonville Market | Growth Opportunity

(Orange Park or Baymeadows)

Join 4 Rivers Smokehouse as a Restaurant Manager in our Jacksonville market—an opportunity designed for leaders who are ready to grow into a General Manager role.

This role is part of our leadership bench, where high-potential leaders are developed and placed into key roles as we continue to expand. You will be placed at one of our Jacksonville-area locations (Orange Park or Baymeadows) based on business needs.

 Your Growth Path at 4 Rivers

All leaders begin in our Manager in Training (MIT) program, built to set you up for long-term success.

From there, your path looks like:

MIT → Manager → Service Manager (SM) or Kitchen Manager (KM) → Assistant General Manager (AGM) → General Manager (GM)

At 4 Rivers, growth is performance-driven, not time-based.

Some leaders move quickly, while others take more time—but your development is fully supported and driven by your goals, readiness, and impact.

 What You’ll Do
  • Take ownership of daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Drive performance through strong leadership, accountability, and culture
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and labor to meet business goals
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and team development

  • 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience
  • A strong desire to grow into a General Manager role
  • Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
