Job description

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A OTR drivers for a 48-state running area with 100% no-touch freight, newer tractors, and a $1,500 weekly gross true-up when program requirements are met. This is a strong fit for drivers who want steady OTR miles, practical home time, and the ability to run without forced NYC dispatch.

  • Experience-based CPM structure
  • Performance bonus available up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity
  • 100% no-touch freight
  • 50-60% drop and hook; 40-50% live unload
  • 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworth tractors
  • 12 days out, 2 days home
  • No forced dispatch into NYC or the five boroughs

Route and freight details

Drivers run all 48 states, with most freight moving east of I-35. You should be comfortable running wherever freight is available and staying on a 12-days-out, 2-days-home schedule.

Pay details

This program pays the greater of $1,500 weekly or mileage earnings when requirements are met. This is a gross-pay figure before normal deductions. Loads dispatched Sunday or earlier and finalized after Sunday will pay in full the following week.

Drivers may also qualify for the safety and productivity performance bonus, beginning the first of the month after hire. Drivers must be active OTR drivers at the time of payout to qualify.
