To thrive as a 3rd Shift Warehouse Worker, you need physical stamina, attention to detail, and basic math skills, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), forklifts, and barcode scanners is typically required, and certifications like OSHA forklift certification can be advantageous.
