Job description

Full-time 3rd Shift Electric Motor Technician I

Pay: $25-$38 per hour, plus a 15% shift differential for 3rd shift

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 11:00PM to 7:30 AM, with weekend duty every five weeks, along with overtime.

What You'll Do: As our 3rd Shift Electric Motor Technician, you'll evaluate work orders, diagnose, and repair AC and DC electromechanical equipment. Responsibilities include disassembling and inspecting equipment, replacing worn parts, reassembling units, and conducting final performance tests. You'll also document jobs, operate specialized repair equipment, handle heavy components safely, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Who We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience with industrial rotating equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to understand, perform, and retain technical and safety training
  • Good computer skills
  • Provide your own tools and toolbox
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willing to be on call one weekend every five weeks
