About the Opportunity

Are you a customer service professional who takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish? LDK Logistics is seeking a White Glove Account Manager to join our team and serve as a front-line representative for our customers and vendor community.

In this role, you will manage orders from initial quote through delivery, paperwork collection, and final invoicing, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the "Velvet Glove" standard of service that defines LDK. You will work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and management to keep jobs moving smoothly while building strong, lasting relationships with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders end-to-end — from quote and order entry through delivery, paperwork collection, and invoicing — while maintaining LDK's core values at every step
• Interact with LDK's vendor community to ensure high levels of on-time and damage-free deliveries; proactively vet new vendors as customer needs arise
• Resolve customer and vendor inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset
• Field after-hours calls and manage active orders outside of standard business hours as needed
• Identify opportunities to support and expand sales by understanding customer needs and suggesting additional services at the right time
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and management as a cross-functional team member to ensure customer needs are met
• Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to the Operations Manager
• Accept training and coaching from the leadership team to continue building expertise in the white glove logistics space

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum previous experience in logistics, operations, customer service, or a related field required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) required
• Strong typing and written communication skills
• Geographical knowledge a plus

What We Offer

• Starting salary of $56,000 - $63,000/year DOE
• Full-time, Monday - Friday, 3 days in office
• Hybrid work arrangement — Denver office on the north side of the Tech Center
