Job description

CXC Global is seeking an experienced Sr Full Stack Engineer โ€“ 3D Modeling & Web Visualization to help build next-generation web applications that deliver immersive and interactive 3D experiences. This role combines modern full-stack software engineering with advanced 3D visualization technologies to create scalable, high-performance solutions across web and cloud platforms.


The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in JavaScript development, 3D rendering frameworks, cloud technologies, and modern engineering practices to drive innovation and deliver impactful user experiences.


Location: Hybrid โ€“ Plano, TX 75024 (Remote Monday & Friday, Onsite Tuesday-Thursday)

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 6-Month Contract to Hire


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Build and support backend services, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while following software engineering best practices.
  • Design and implement interactive 3D experiences for web-based applications.
  • Develop advanced visualization features using Three.js, WebGL, Babylon.js, or similar 3D frameworks.
  • Optimize rendering performance for complex 3D scenes, large datasets, and real-time applications.
  • Integrate and manage 3D assets, models, animations, lighting systems, and scene management capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, artists, and engineering teams to deliver compelling digital experiences.
  • Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategy.
  • Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practice recommendations.
  • Drive engineering excellence through automated testing, CI/CD processes, and software quality initiatives.
  • Build and maintain cloud-hosted solutions using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Monitor application reliability, security, scalability, and overall system performance.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and continuous improvement across the technology stack.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience building full-stack applications using Node.js and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and modern web application architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with 3D development technologies including Three.js, WebGL, Babylon.js, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Experience working with 3D model formats such as glTF/glb, OBJ, and FBX.
  • Strong understanding of computer graphics fundamentals, rendering pipelines, shaders, materials, 3D geometry, and transformations.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve software delivery and engineering productivity.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI technologies, and practical AI use cases.
  • Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI practices, data privacy, and security considerations.
  • Experience with Git, source control management, and modern CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with one or more additional programming languages such as Python, C#, or C++.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in CAD, Digital Twin, BIM, GIS, industrial visualization, gaming, simulation, or related domains.
  • Familiarity with WebGPU and emerging browser-based graphics technologies.
  • Knowledge of 3D asset pipelines, optimization techniques, and rendering performance tuning.
  • Experience with containerization and cloud-native technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services such as App Services, Functions, AKS, or Cosmos DB.
  • Familiarity with real-time collaboration platforms, spatial computing, AR/VR, or XR technologies.
  • Exposure to AI/ML applications involving 3D data, computer vision, generative design, or related technologies.
