Access Control Specialist / Escort Title: Access Control Specialist / Escort Job Type: Full-Time Rate $33.26 hourly (W2) On 24x7 Site Full-time 3rd Shift Mon-Fri 2100-0500 Location: Redmond, WA Clearance: Active and Current Top-Secret/SCI with Poly *This position is contingent* Job Summary: Stillwater is looking for a highly motivated and diligent Access Control Specialist / Escort with a Clearance to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all personnel, visitors, and property within the designated area of responsibility. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Observe personnel prior to entry and exit, and enforce policy adherence, per established processes * Badge and Smartcard Management (Issuance, Renewal, Revocation, Inventory, Confiscation) * Maintain visitor and access logbooks * Track and document citizenship verification * Monitor and Escort uncleared personnel (visitors, cleaning, and other services) * Open and close secure work areas, to include safes, following defined procedures * Follow established protocols in responding to incidents and emergencies * Maintain visual contact and proper line of sight with uncleared personnel * Covers breaks/reliefs for Site Leads and/or Access Control Specialist / Escort * Prepare Shift Daily Activity Reports (DAR) at the end of the shift or as directed * Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by Supervisor * Remain alert and always awake to provide appropriate Access Control and/or escorting individuals * Respond professionally and courteously to all personnel * May be required to work weekends, holidays or on call without advance notice * Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for lengthy periods of time, may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain, and will require walking to multiple locations within walking distances * Occasionally reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling * Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds * Follow company established dress code PROESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: * Must possess/maintain a TS/SCI/Poly clearance * Must possess an active US Passport * Must undergo and meet company standards for background checks * Must demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft applications (MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel) along with strong keyboarding, basic computer usage, and operating controls * Possess High School Diploma/GED required * Knowledge of access control and escorting practices and procedures * Possess at least one (1) year of experience in an Access Control functional role or similar * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Have access to reliable transportation to meet work schedule requirements * Be capable and willing to adjust work schedules to meet customer requirements * Communicate effectively by reading, writing, and speaking in the English language Full-Time Position This is a brief overview of the benefits that Stillwater Human Capital offers eligible employees.
