Job description

Position Title: Associate - Logistics


The Logistics Associate will be responsible for coordination of inbound and outbound material, robots, receipt processing, warehousing, filling customer orders, picking, distributing production material, packaging material, and shipment of material.


Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Pick and package material and robots for internal & external requirements per orders
  • Stocking material and robots in accordance with department stocking guidelines
  • Assigning, maintaining, updating warehouse locations
  • Receipt processing including verifying receipts against packing slip and routing/stocking receipted material
  • Prepare material, robots and controllers for shipment
  • Data entry of transactions
  • Daily organization and cleaning of warehouse areas
  • Daily inventory cycle counts and reconciliation of inventory variances


Ideal candidate will have the following experience and education:

  • High school/GED education
  • Experience in Logistics & Warehousing preferred


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ability to operate power tools: Saw, Drill, Pneumatic Nailer & Stapler
  • Ability to operate equipment: Fork Lift Truck, Manlift, Reach Truck & Pallet Jack
  • Filing of departmental records
  • Reorganize and reconfigure warehouse areas as required
  • Other duties as assigned


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PC skills preferred
  • Forklift, manlift, reach truck and/or overhead crane experience helpful

  • Willing to work overtime when required to meet deadlines in response to business needs, including weekend and/or multiple shift (1st, 2nd and 3rd) coverage
