We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader to take ownership of our 3rd shift production team. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, know how to motivate teams, and take pride in safety, quality, and results — this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Why This Role Matters

As our 3rd Shift Production Supervisor, you’re not just overseeing production — you’re setting the tone for performance, safety, and accountability. You’ll lead a team that keeps operations running overnight and ensures we deliver high-quality products on time, every time.

  • Create a safe, engaged, and accountable work environment
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to drive performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety programs (including LOTO) and company standards
  • Drive continuous improvement through root cause problem-solving
  • Coordinate with planning and leadership to meet customer demands and deadlines
  • Support training, coaching, and development of your team
  • Promote strong communication between shifts for seamless operations
  • Take ownership of shift performance, staffing, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing

Preferred:

  • Foundry experience
  • Experience with root cause analysis

Skills That Set You Apart
  • Strong leadership presence with a lead-by-example mindset
  • Ability to drive results while maintaining positive team relationships
  • High sense of urgency and accountability
  • Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP systems (IQMS a plus)

Work Environment

This role operates in a foundry setting, with exposure to heat, dust, noise, and fumes. We prioritize safety and provide the tools and training needed to succeed.

What You’ll Gain

  • A company culture built on:
    • Recognition
    • Empowerment
    • Team Development
    • Accountability & Ownership
    • Integrity & Safety
  • The ability to make a visible difference every day
