Shift: 3rd Shift - Approx. 9:30PM - 6:00AM

Tasks: This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of plant operating equipment to ensure overall operating efficiency. Responsibilities include; Perform daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual preventative maintenance on plant; Operate equipment such as conveyors, packaging equipment, slicers, pumps, loaders, and injectors; Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve complex operating equipment failures; Provide immediate and long-term corrective action to complex operating equipment failures utilizing root cause analysis and troubleshooting techniques, utilize advanced maintenance techniques and equipment to assess the health of operating equipment and predict failures before they occur such as thermo graphic and vibration analysis; Repair and modification of plant operating equipment with precision maintenance techniques as necessary; Repair and rebuild complex operating equipment, and perform all duties in accordance with safety regulations. Candidate will have the ability to use schematics and blue prints during routine troubleshooting. Candidate must individually be willing to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds regularly throughout a shift and must be able to complete required forms. Candidate will be trained on Lock Out Tag Out and Forklift/Powered Industrial truck license for safe operation. Candidate must have the ability to complete basic mathematical calculations in the American and Metric systems.

Required: Candidate must have strong electrical knowledge and PLC/controls experience preferred and TIG welding experience preferred. Candidate must be able to possesses four of the six qualifications: Able to diagnose and repair/install hydraulic components/systems; Able to diagnose and repair/install pneumatic components/systems; Able to troubleshoot and repair/install basic electrical components/systems; Able to use shop tools properly and produce work within specified tolerances; Able to weld and cut various materials in a professional manner; Able to fabricate and install components/systems as engineered and/or instructed. All job offers are based on the conditions that the candidate can provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States and pass a urinalysis screening, which is part of the post-offer health assessment. Candidate must be at least 18 years of age. Candidate must be willing to work all shifts and work variable shifts, weekends, and/or holidays.
