Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Night time Quality Inspector to ensure that all products meet established quality standards throughout the production process. This role is responsible for inspecting materials, monitoring production activities, performing testing, and reporting findings to management. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance, including AS9100 standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions to understand product quality requirements
  • Inspect and approve or reject raw materials based on quality standards
  • Perform in-process and final inspections, evaluating fit, form, and function
  • Conduct testing using manual and automated systems
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with AS9100 requirements
  • Maintain accurate quality records, including test results, audit findings, and defect tracking
  • Prepare and submit inspection reports to the Quality Manager

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with a results-driven mindset
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
