Job description

Job Title: Crate Builder -3rd Shift
Pay Rate: $19/hour (plus differential pay)
Available Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00PM-6:00AM (mandatory overtime)
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is looking to fill Crate Builder with a Manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

Crate Builder Responsibilities:

  • Assemble boxes, skids, crates, or platforms used for shipping equipment and machine parts.

  • Build or otherwise prepare bracing and other support needed for safe transportation.

Crate Builder Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience.

  • At least 1 year of crating experience

  • Experience operating a staple/nail gun.

  • Forklift experience preferred.

  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.

  • Must be able to read a tape measure.
