Job description

Aerotek is hiring for blow molding machine operators in a brand new manufacturing facility in Kenosha!

Job Description:

  • Operate one of two blow molding machines in a production setting, working alongside another machine operator.
  • Keep the blow molding machines running smoothly and consistently, maintaining targeted 70-second cycle times.
  • Monitor machine performance and respond quickly to minor malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  • Perform regular visual inspections of products and equipment to identify defects or issues.
  • Ensure raw materials are stocked and loaded correctly to support continuous production.

Essential Skills

  • 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • 1 year of experience troubleshooting equipment or systems in a production setting.
  • 1 year of experience performing visual inspections to verify product quality and detect defects.

Shift Schedule:

2nd shift is 2 PM to 10 PM, Monday through Friday (+ $0.50/hour shift premium)

3rd shift is 10 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Friday (+ $1.00/hour shift premium)
