Machine OperatorLocation: Appleton, WI
Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience and shift)
Shifts: AM & PM shifts available, including 10-hour and 12-hour schedules
About the RoleOur client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join their production team. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient operations, high-quality output, and a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate production equipment such as sheeters, shrink tunnels, and printing presses
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to meet production and quality standards
- Perform quality checks and identify/report defects or issues
- Assist with machine setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance
- Support production tasks including packaging, labeling, roll handling, splicing, and material changes
Qualifications- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (printing or sheeting experience preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production documents
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor or similar is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to assist with general maintenance and problem-solving
