  • Commercial Governance & Delegations: Oversee, scale, and streamline the intake framework for Delegations of Authority (DOAs), Powers of Attorney (POAs), and commercial signature authorities in partnership with Commercial Legal to ensure corporate commitment limits are met.
  • General Legal Operations: Support the broader Legal Operations portfolio, including outside counsel onboarding, e-billing system upkeep, routine legal intake triage, and general legal operations support.
  • Notary Services: Act as an active, commissioned Notary Public for the state of California to legally authenticate corporate governance records, cross-functional agreements, and documents requiring physical "wet" signatures.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or as a contracts/corporate paralegal within an in-house corporate legal department.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Ironclad Administrator, with a proven track record of designing, building, testing, and deploying conditional contract workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience managing corporate governance workflows, including DOAs, POAs, or state business licensing.
  • Must possess an active, valid Notary Public commission for California or have the immediate capability to become certified within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Legal Studies, Business Administration, or Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • 5+ years of combined experience across multi-tool legal technology administration, contract management, and corporate paralegal fields.
  • Direct experience integrating Ironclad CLM with adjacent enterprise systems, such as Filevine, SimpleLegal, Salesforce, or electronic signature providers, through APIs or native connectors.
Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.  Employees may be eligible for additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays and PTO; flexible work arrangements; and professional development opportunities and tools.
