Home2 Suites is looking for a Night Auditor to provideguests with an excellent hotel experience while functioning as the sole FrontOffice Associate during the overnight shift. We are looking for someone who canprovide attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests throughouttheir stay while conducting the front office functions while on the 11pm - 7amshift.
Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome all guests approaching the front desk inaccordance with Lexima/Brand Standards.
• Responsible for the preparation and disposition of allnight audit checklist work and reports as well as the front office function onthe third shift.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficientand courteous manner. • Answer all guest inquires (i.e. hotel services andamenities, the area, etc.).
• Be aware of all rates, packages and special promotions.
• Obtain all necessary information when taking roomreservations and follow rate quoting guidelines.
• Fully understand and be able to operate all relevantaspects of the front desk computer system.
• Focus on his/herrole in contributing to guest satisfaction surveys.
• Prepare coffee set-up each morning prior to serving time.
• Pass and maintain food handlers license as required byhotel.
• Balance dailyreports and identify and correct any errors.
• Maintain cashiering responsibilities as per front officeprocedures.
• Ensure correct andaccurate cash handling while at the front desk.
• Distribute ortabulate any work as outlined by management.
• Comply with all safety and security procedures as theyrelate to the building and guest corridors to ensure all areas are locked andsecured.

Qualifications
• Ability to work the 11pm - 7am shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge ofaccounting principles preferred.
• Experience handling cash, accounting procedures andgeneral administrative tasks.
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace,including anticipation, preventing, identifying and solving problems asnecessary.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Must be fluent in English. Physical Requirements
• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands tohandle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climbstairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, or hear.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
