We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians interested in sharing their industry knowledge as an HVAC Instructor in a part-time evening capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‐on professional ready to make an impact by training the next generation of skilled HVAC technicians in our modern labs and shops.

What You’ll Do

  • Instruct and mentor students in HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation
  • Deliver hands‐on training in a shop‐based learning environment
  • Share real‐world industry experience and best practices
  • Build strong rapport with students and support their technical growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid hands‐on experience working with a variety of HVAC systems
  • EPA Certification (required)
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups with an engaging, professional presence
  • Passion for mentoring and knowledge‐sharing
  • No prior teaching experience required
