Job description

TMCO is currently seeking Powder Coating Technicians for 3rd shift to support our growing production team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Comfortable working in a warm environment
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work well on a team

Job Duties:

Supporting ALL aspects of a very busy productive powder coating facility. Including but not limited to:

  • Apply powder coating to parts
  • Load and unload products on a moving track system
  • Prepare parts before coating
  • Inspect coated parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Package finished product
  • Assist with basic product assembly as needed
  • Keep work area clean and follow all safety rules
