The 3rd Manager is usually responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and supporting higher-level managers to ensure company policies and objectives are met. They may also handle customer service issues, training, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks. This role is considered an entry-level management position, serving as a stepping stone to higher managerial roles.
