Job description

The Client Outreach Coordinator is responsible for identifying and contacting prospective recycling clients and material suppliers to support business development efforts for 3R Technology California. This role focuses on lead generation, client outreach, appointment coordination, and assisting with marketing and administrative support tasks.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, comfortable speaking with people by phone and email, and able to support multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective recycling clients, suppliers, and businesses by phone, email, and social media outreach
  • Introduce company services and material recycling capabilities
  • Generate and qualify leads for the Business Development team
  • Coordinate meetings, routes, and follow-up appointments for Business Development representatives
  • Maintain records of outreach efforts, client interest, and follow-up status
  • Assist with social media posts, marketing efforts, and online company presence
  • Support customer communication and relationship-building efforts
  • Assist Office Manager with administrative tasks and general office support as needed
  • Help organize client information, reports, spreadsheets, and scheduling
  • Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Basic marketing and social media experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Teams preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
