Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our growing team in Lehi, UT. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce logistics, a passion for sales, and the ability to close deals while ensuring long-term customer success.
As an Account Executive at iDrive Logistics, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will work closely with prospects, existing clients, and internal teams to present customized logistics solutions, negotiate contracts, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify, target, and pursue new sales opportunities within the 3PL and eCommerce sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential client organizations.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling and customized presentations to prospects, demonstrating the value of iDrive's logistics solutions.
  • Proposal Development & Negotiation: Create tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts with new and existing clients to meet revenue goals.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a robust pipeline of leads, track sales activities, and forecast revenue using CRM software.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on iDrive Logistics' products, services, and solutions to effectively address client needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support, implementation) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Customer Success: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering additional opportunities for growth.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new market opportunities and adjust sales strategies as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience in the logistics, transportation, or 3PL industry a plus.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce logistics and the challenges faced by 3PL providers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and influence key decision-makers at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide customized solutions for clients.
