Job description


Position Overview

Openwork is seeking a dependable Graphics Installer to join a growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, transporting, and installing commercial graphics on vehicles, windows, walls, signs, and other customer surfaces. When installation work is not scheduled, you'll assist with production tasks in the shop.

The ideal candidate has experience installing vinyl graphics on both flat and curved surfaces, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to delivering high-quality work while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, transport, and install commercial graphics at customer locations.
  • Install vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, architectural graphics, window graphics, and general signage.
  • Install adhesive-backed graphics, vinyl banners, window perforation, closed mesh (windscreen), acrylic letters, and routed lettering.
  • Read and interpret installation diagrams, measurements, color layouts, and specifications.
  • Use installation tools including squeegees, knives, tape measures, rulers, heat guns, and torches.
  • Safely operate ladders, scaffolds, and lifts.
  • Inventory materials, organize tools, and transport supplies without damage.
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites and shop areas.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Assist with additional production and installation tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of graphic installation experience required.
  • Experience installing adhesive-backed vinyl graphics on flat and curved surfaces.
  • Ability to install vehicle graphics, architectural graphics, and signage.
  • Basic English communication skills (bilingual is a plus).
  • 3M Certification is a plus.
  • Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Comfortable using cutting, measuring, and heat application tools.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work safely while using ladders, scaffolds, and lifts.
Physical Requirements
