About the Role:

The Survey Senior CADD Specialist plays a critical role in the construction industry by providing advanced computer-aided design and drafting support specifically focused on surveying projects. This position is responsible for creating, reviewing, and managing detailed technical drawings and plans that accurately represent land surveys, site layouts, and construction designs. The specialist ensures that all CADD deliverables meet stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations and client specifications. Collaboration with surveyors, engineers, and project managers is essential to translate field data into precise digital models that guide construction activities. Ultimately, this role contributes to the successful planning and execution of construction projects by delivering accurate and reliable design documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Drafting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in CADD drafting within the construction or surveying industry.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard CADD software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
